Our studio apartments are typically open-plan, with clean and well-maintained interiors. They have newly fitted kitchens and are fully furnished, including the following: fridge, cooker, wardrobes, kettle, toaster, pots and pans. They are also fitted with fire alarms and smoke detector systems.

Below is an indication of the price you can expect to pay for a studio apartment, although this will vary depending on single and double occupancies & availability.

Shared Houses / Student Rooms

These generally attract students and those people doing holiday work. All houses are fully furnished, in good condition and include the following features: a shared kitchen, central heating and communal areas that are cleaned on a weekly basis by external contractors. We ensure the houses are never overcrowded, and for maximum flexibility, offer short and long terms. Although prices will vary depending on single, double or triple occupancy, the following can be used as a guide:

Short term prices (14 days to 3 months), includes all bills

		Single occupancy: £75 to £85 per week
		Double Occupancy: £55 to 65 per week per person

Long term prices (3 to 12 months), incurs admin fee, and includes all utility bills.

		Single occupancy : £75 to 85 per week
		Double occupancy : £55 to 70 per week per person
		*Rent subject to change depending on availability and prior reservation

South Yorkshire
Short term prices (14 days to 3 months), and includes all utility bills.

		Single occupancy: £55 to £65 per week
		Double Occupancy: £40 to £50 per person per week

Long term prices (3 to 12 months), Incurs admin fee, and includes all utility bills.

		Single occupancy: £45 to 60 per week
		Double occupancy : £35 to 45 per week per person
